Students Work from Skip’s Maine Workshops 2017

The images have been offered by many of the students who attended Skip Lawrence’s Maine Workshops 2017.  I have never done this before, but feel that their efforts deserve attention. The goal of these workshops is to encourage each student to find subjects, styles, approaches that are unique to that person. The styles range from realistic to non-objective, from pure color to neutral grays,  from 12″x 12″ to 32″x40″, using watercolor, acrylic, collage and oils. Exciting images and freedon to explore every path are the montras we live and work by.

These are great! What wonderful work. I’m sharing your blog with my students. You are a most inspiring teacher, and to see the results of your Maine workshop certainly makes me want to be there next time!
